Watercolor of the Family Tree of Matthew Cushing (1585-1660), who settled in Hingham in 1638, extended branches show the sons, grandsons, etc., (note: none of the daughters or granddaughters were named), seven generations, shows on the right Hingham harbor with a three-masted schooner and four men in a row boat, and on the left two Native Americans pointing towards the schooner, some foxing and a tear upper left and at upper center, descended in the Francis H. Lincoln family of Hingham, (note: we sold a similar Hingham Family Tree (Tower Family) in a past auction), simple black wood frame, 16 3/4″ x 12 1/2″ (sight).
