Pine, two 20th c. unfinished rectangular pine blocks, nailed together with small finish nail spikes to hold spools, (possibly made by James Bissland, not Shaker made), 35 spools, all with thread, fruitwoods, maple, bottom tier holds smaller sizes, one in bright red and one in original orange finish, five have small chips, some have Sister’s initials, one is pinpricked “C J – 46.”, 17 1/2″ l, (Bissland collection).
