Pine, original dark brick red painted finish with patina, original butterscotch yellow stained interior, original red painted birch handle, iron bails, diamond shaped bail plates, iron hoop, Enfield or Canterbury, NH, c. 1840-1860, 12″ h (to top of bail), 8″ h (to rim), 10″ dia, (Ed Clerk collection).
