Original yellow painted finish, overpaints professionally removed, extended wooden ears with oak carved swing handle, North Family, New Lebanon, NY, c. 1820-1830, minor insect damage to handle, two original cast steel strap/bands, 7 3/4″ h to rim, 13 1/2″ h to top of handle, 11″ dia, (Stranahan collection; ex. WHA 5/29/11).
