Maple and pine, original yellow painted finish, four fingers on left front side of box, finger on lid is shorter than fingers on base “but the color match and fit are so good that the top and bottom seem to have been actual mates…”, 4 1/2″ h, 11 3/4″ l, 8 3/4″ w.


Sister Ethel Peacock says this came from Alfred, as she did and it was used for holding their brimstone…
