Very fine needlework sampler “wrought by Lucinda B. Carter aged 14 yrs”, with three alphabets and numbers, large white roses with red accents in four corners and at bottom of signature, with a ring of bright pink small flowers with light blue vines and green leaves, professionally conserved, 14″ x 12 1/2″, (deaccessioned from the Mass. Society of Mayflower Descendants).
