Original blue/gray painted finish, diagonal braces, through mortise ends with bootjacks, c. 1860/1870, (note: probably Shaker barn bench, New Lebanon/Watervliet, NY), 17 1/2″ h, 55 1/2″ l, 11″ d, (ex. Ed Clerk collection).
