Three Wakazashi, hand forged blades: (1) unsigned, c. 1600-1800, Tsuka sans furniture, black silk wrap, (bent blade); (2) 12 1/2″ Nagasa, out of polish, black lacquered Saya, copper two piece Habaki, one early iron tsuba, with carved foliage, unsigned, tang with two Makugi Ana (blade shortened), tsuka wound in lacquered leather with fuchi/kashira, c. 16th/18th c.; (3) 18 1/4″ Nagasa, very active hammon, with battle scars, silver foil Habaki, copper fuchi with floral decoration, lacquered silk wrap on Sami, two Manuki (figural), three Makugi Ana on tang, black lacquered Saya; all three Mumei.
