Five silhouettes, all in eglomise matted frames: young lady, titled “Cynthia” in brown ink under the bust, double cut with black silk back, original brass stamped frame, (note: purchased in 2003 from Roberta Batt, S. Portland, ME, $390), 4 1/2″ x 3 3/8″ (glass); Middle-aged lady in a bonnet facing right, in a gray watercolor dress with puffy sleeve, oval, early pine frame painted black, 3 3/8″ x 2 1/2″ (sight); Finely cut image of a young lady facing left, with tall hair comb, on black silk, 2 3/4″ x 2″ (sight); Gentleman facing left with finely painted eglomise matting, in brass repousee frame, double hollow-cut with black paper insert, oval, 3 5/8″ x 2 3/4″ (sight); Hollow-cut silhouette with stamped body, black fabric head, green/gold eglomise mat with stars around oval floral corners, oval, (note: purchased from Ron Merican at Antique Show in Pennsylvania, it was originally at Antique Associates, West Townsend, MA in 2001), period frame, 4 3/4″ x 2 1/2″ (sight), 6″ x 5″ (frame); (ex.
