Very good box in original graining, with green edges and yellow coach lines, handpainted crest on lid, and grain painted back, cartouche on front with yellow and red outlines, and initialed “MD” with heart, bone escutcheon outline, (note: early Skinner auction tag on bottom), minor paint loss on back and one side, 5″ h, 9 1/2″ w, 6″ d.
