Elephant folio by Alexander Pope, 1884. Leather boards with moderate chipping and edgewear. Spinecover is detached and not present. Front and reserve boards have chipping along the spine, but are still holding. Gilt impressions of title and “Mrs Geo. W. Stevens. Oct. 18, 1884.” on front board. Interior moderately toned with minor soiling along the top edge of a few pages. Twenty tipped-in plates all accounted for and in wonderful condition. Overall condition Good +. (ex.
