Pine, original red painted finish, single mitered/molded top over two inset panel doors, with single peg at top, and double pegged at bottom holding the mortise, three-shelf interior with single drawer, file holders and small shelves, fall front breadboard (7 1/2″ ), bottom case is dovetailed, with two pull out support slides, double door bottom with inset panels, pegged and through mortised, dovetailed at base, one peg at upper left side, two-shelf base, Enfield, CT, c. 1850, exhibited at “The Shaker Gallery”, 2015-2016, New Britain Museum of American Art, New Britain, CT, 72″ h, 40″ w, 18 1/2″ w, (ex.
