Ovoid form, fine reeding around lip, applied handle with double reeding, double coggle lines where top of the handle fits onto body, light brown with hints of green and light orange spots, darker brown manganese splotches on body, lip, lid and handle, footed base, minor chip at lip, possibly Bristol County, Mass., 6 7/8″ h, (Note: see illustration #38, New England Potters and their Wares, Watkins, Laura Woodside, Archon Books, 1968, for similar examples).
